Why work in Colombia?
Colombia is one of Latin America’s fastest-evolving markets. With a growing middle class, a thriving startup and tech scene, and improving infrastructure, it’s full of professional opportunities, especially in urban hubs like Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali.
The Colombian government actively welcomes foreign professionals and digital nomads, offering dedicated visas and incentives to make relocation or remote work smoother.
And when you log off? You’re in a country where your weekends can take you from Andean hikes to Caribbean beaches, with rich traditions and famously warm people everywhere in between.

Remote workers (digital nomads) on a special visa can also apply for a cedula.

Check real estate platforms like Finca Raíz or contact local agents.

Foreigners with a visa must enroll in the EPS system.

All visas require a passport, supporting documents, and financial proof.
